If you wish to raise any issue concerning Betfair terms and conditions, Exchange rules and regulation or any market settlement, then please e-mail Betfair Helpdesk using the info@betfair.ro general email address. Alternatively you may use the country specific email addresses or phone number.
If you are an existing Betfair account holder please include your username and/or your telephone account number (TAN) in all correspondence.

Our Helpdesk is manned 7 days-a-week between 7.30 and 0.30 (UK time) by English speaking Betfair personnel. Our International Helpdesk, including the Romanian related, is available between 9am to 5.30pm (UK time), 7 days-a-week (UK Time)/ 11am to 7.30pm (Romanian time).

If you have a complaint relating to a betting, gaming or account transaction that Betfair is unable to resolve to your satisfaction, then you can ask the National Office for Gambling (the NOG - the Romanian regulator) to investigate by emailing: office@onjn.gov.ro.

European Online Dispute Resolution platform
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 14 (1) of Regulation (UE) no. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, we inform you that the European online dispute resolution platform can be accesed here.
The European online dispute resolution platform (the ODR platform) is a digital instrument created by the European Commission to facilitate the resolution independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair extrajudicially of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from contracts for the sale or provision of online services from a consumer residing in the Union and a trader established in the Union in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer (Regulation on consumer ODR).
Please note that the ODR platform currently contains no dispute resolution entities for Romania as they have not yet been regulated by law.
